1. Operator, product and scope
CampusTimekeeper is Windows desktop software for university departments operated by Cellamount Inc. These terms apply to the app and related website. Microsoft Store use is also subject to Microsoft’s separate terms and policies.
2. Free installation and subscription
The base app can be downloaded free from Microsoft Store. One timetable generation and export of that result form one free use, with 3 uses provided in total. After the free allowance, you can purchase an annual subscription to continue. The Korean price is KRW 599,000 per year. Prices vary by country or region in accordance with Microsoft Store pricing policies. Check your local Microsoft Store for the applicable price.
3. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
An annual subscription may renew each year unless canceled. Users can cancel through their Microsoft account’s subscription management before the next renewal. Payment timing, renewal, cancellation effects and refund eligibility follow the Microsoft Store purchase terms and applicable law.
4. University and institutional purchases
Direct purchases requiring invoices, quotations, multiple-department or institutional agreements follow the scope, term, price and payment conditions in the individual quotation and contract. This is an administrative purchasing channel, not a discounted workaround for Store subscriptions.
5. License and permitted use
A valid subscription or institutional agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the product within the specified user, department or institutional scope. Unauthorized copying, resale, license circumvention and unlawful use are prohibited.
6. User data and responsibility
Users must check the lawfulness, accuracy and authorized use of imported Excel data. Generated timetables assist scheduling work. Users must review and approve conflicts, academic rules, facilities and operating requirements before use.
7. Updates and service changes
The app may be updated for stability, security or improvements. Features or delivery methods may change within reasonable limits. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate available means.
8. Scope of responsibility
The product supports scheduling but does not guarantee complete results or automatic inclusion of every operating requirement. Responsibility is subject to applicable law and individual contracts.
